Charles has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he combines with the ability to listen and understand our retailers individual challenges. From this position he is able to develop a clear action plan to improve business performance which we can work through with the retailer to implement. This approach has helped the centre’s F&B precinct sales performance transition over the last two years from unsustainable to performing well.
